Scotty McCreery Wins American Idol! [VIDEO]

Big night last night for these two kids! Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina both stood a chance to be the next American Idol!

But after all the votes were counted, and all the stars were done parading onto the stage the sealed envelope was delivered to Ryan Seacrest and Scotty McCreery was declared the winner of American Idol Season 10! But wasn't it cool to see Tony Bennett, Tom Jones, Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood and all the other stars?

He was also very affectionate to Alaina. McCreery told host Ryan Seacrest after winning the award, “It’s been a year since Lauren and I tried out. Me and her have been together and we’re gonna stay together.” (He means professionally, We think. But maybe there’s something to that dating rumor after all.)
