Scotty and his roommates at NC State were victims of a home invasion inside their off-campus residence in Raleigh. Scotty was actually ordered to the ground by armed suspects who took cash, wallets and electronics. They told him and his friends to face down and count to 100 as they made their escape. No one was hurt luckily.
"Yes, it was definitely very scary," Scotty wrote on Facebook yesterday afternoon. "Luckily, my friends and I are safe and the Raleigh PD is on the case. I will share more when the time is right, but as of now we do not want to do or say anything that could hinder the investigation.
"Thanks to everyone for the prayers and support. A huge thank you to the Raleigh PD for their quick response and hard work in solving this case." Raleigh police have released a 911 call from someone at McCreery's house who says: "They took everything we have. They were like 'Get down. Get on the floor and give us everything you got.'"
