Rollerskating Is Still Awesome in the Tri-Cities

I moved to the Tri-Cities about 18 months ago from Utah, where almost all the roller skating rinks have closed down. When my six year old asked to go roller skating the other night I was surprised. “People still do that?” I took him down to Rollarena at 849 Stevens Drive in Richland and it was only $5! My son had a blast and it was like being in a time machine to my childhood. The pizza for sale, the Limbo game, the strobe lights – all of it was straight out of the 80s yet all these young kids were having a blast. A little web research revealed Prosser has a roller skate rink at 602 7th Street in North Prosser at Mustang Grill. Take your kids and have a blast!
