Watch Richland Police Catch This Village Idiot

A vehicle pursuit started in Pasco, went through Kennewick, and ended on George Washington Way in Richland. The Subaru was reported stolen out of Colville, WA. Richland Police assisted and spiked the tires to the stolen vehicle as it entered Richland. The car continued and a PIT maneuver disabled the vehicle. The juvenile male driver fled on foot. He was quickly apprehended and arrested. The male was booked on Felony charges and DUI....so let me get this straight...he steals a car and is drunk? and tries to outrun K9-LEMON the wonder dog?
