Happy beginning of the week! Ask yourself....are you ready for a change? Now that Bear is officially 50 we're going to make an effort to make a few changes around here. Not so many donuts and maybe a few more pieces of fruit.

Starting today with a nutritionist on the phone we're going to try to help you take the first steps in helping you change your life. Bear's going to change his life! With his doctor's advice he's starting today to walk down that path to loose at least 100 pounds. Now maybe you don't need to loose that much but as a group we can support each other and maybe we can help make a change in your life! Are you ready to make a few changes in your life?
