Believe it or not, a Portland Police officer was arrested while "on call" for DUI and crashing after driving over 100mph in his department car. Officer Daniel Chastain was seen by witnesses driving in a black car over 100mph when he came to a "roundabout", could not slow down enough, and crashed into a red truck.
