A Portland dad has admitted to police that he was selling meth and heroin to help pay for his 15 year old daughters Quinceanera. 40 year old Juan Carlos Monroy was arrested and has pleaded not guilty to a 14-count indictment of possession and delivery of heroin, possession and delivery of methamphetamine, multiple counts of first-degree child neglect, and endangering the welfare of a minor according to news reports.

When agents came to his home, they found 308 grams of methamphetamine, 177 grams of suspected heroin, packaging materials, digital scales and $4,290. They also say Monoroy was selling the drugs in front of his 4 children that are all under the age of 16.
