Dangerous Gunman Subdued on Court Street, Pasco

Pasco Police were hard at work Monday trying to subdue a man who was firing a gun near the Taco Bell on Court Street.

Officers say "one gunshot" was fired from a pistol. The man had been waving his gun on a balcony of an apartment building.

Pasco PD were aided by Franklin County Sheriff officials and SWAT.

Officers worked to evacuate the apartment building while trying to get the suspect to surrender, who was detained after physically fighting with officers. Flashbang grenades and tear gas were used.
