I have to admit...Since January, I've had a few hard days but none as hard as this week has been.

Back in November to get a jump start on my New Years Resolutions, I began to run and workout. I've since lost a few pounds and have been feeling pretty good!

But, I went to Utah last week for vacation and even though I still jogged and went to the gym (as in the picture) and I hiked and rode horses....I allowed myself to eat all kinds of things I wouldn't normally eat.

I had Pizza! And Ice cream almost every night. I ate sugar like it was goin out of style! And when I returned to work...I've been consuming all kinds of goodies this week in our work kitchen! Someone bought Girl Scout Cookies! And who can resist THOSE!????

To top it off..I've been so tired from traveling that I just have gotten off track with my workout/Run schedule...so I feel like POO!

Horrible! If there is ANY doubt in your mind about exercise and eating right making you feel better, I'm here to tell you! It's amazing how awful I feel this week compared to when I stay off track! So a good reminder to everyone! Myself included! It's never worth it to eat crappy!

I am going to drag myself to the gym and also out running! First thing in the morning! (I have plans tonight)
