I have a friend who reminds me that exercise should be as important to me as eating and sleeping. Problem is I'm not very good at either of those either.

I'm pretty active because of all the activities I do, dancing, horseback riding, hiking, etc. But it's finding that time to do focused weightlifting or cardio that I really need to work on.

So, I've recently signed up with a trainer.

Scott at Advanced Fitness Solutions has begun training me once a week for one hour.

I've learned some very unique exercises that are easy to do at home and that are geared to give you strength, flexibility and stress relief!

The exercises aren't difficult and because you don't need to do so many sets of them, they are done in a quick amount of time and you're left feeling, relaxed and invigorated at the same time.

They have a website afs.com

You can sign up for a news letter and get helpful information, exercises or just general tips on things to help motivate you and keep you on track.

It's free to sign up, just fill in your email.

And get feeling better today!
