National Whipped Cream Day – How Do You Use Whipped Cream?

Now here's something to celebrate - National Whipped Cream Day!  What's your favorite way to use whipped cream?

Whether on ice cream, pumpkin pie, in a cup of coffee, on cupcakes, hot chocolate or straight from the can, whipped cream teases your taste buds and in other ways adds a lot of fun!

Brief history:  An old folk tale says it was most likely discovered by accident hundreds of years ago by a fast moving horse ride with half filled container of cream.  I personally would like to thank the French Chef, Vatel who created a version of whipped cream with sugar for King Louis the XIV in 1661.  If you care to dive into more whipped cream history check out this article from ezinearticles.com, and don't forget to celebrate!
