My wife Deanna had some crab salad from a buffet some 20+ years ago and it was so good that she said, "I can do that!" Here's the recipe she came up with and it's been a family favorite ever since! We don't really use it for a crab salad sandwich, but more as a side dish with summer bbq. (The photo is a stock photo, yours will look different).

2 lbs. imitation crab, hand torn into little shreds
1/2 large white onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed, uncooked
8 oz sour cream (we usually buy 16 oz and add if needed)
Sparse 1/2 cup mayo (Hey, she's dictating here LOL)
Johnny's Seasoning Salt to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
