Pistol AnniesMiranda Lambert‘s new girl group — made their television stage debut tonight during the ‘ACM Girls Night Out: Superstar Women of Country’ event, and laid down the foundation for future appearances at country music’s prestigious award shows.

After Lambert’s husband-to-be Blake Shelton belted out a masculine rendition of the blonde singer’s hit, ‘Famous in a Small Town,’ he offered his lady a little support in her latest venture. “You and I have our entire lives to spend together,” he told her in front of the crowd. “So I think its only right that you have a girl’s night out tonight!”

Lambert then introduced a few of her best girlfriends, Ashley Monroe and Angaleena Presley, who make the all-lady trio Pistol Annies a reality. The group sang their hearts out and warned their sugar daddies that they’re coming for them with a new song called ‘Hell on Heels’ (we believe).

For a first performance, especially one in front of both a large physical audience and an even larger television crowd, the girls were dynamic — alternating lines on the catchy surefire radio hit. The chorus of the seductive country tune outlines that the girls are up to no good — and they know it:

“I’m hell on heels / Say what you will / I done made the devil a deal / He made me pretty / He made me smart / And I’m gonna break a million hearts / I’m hell on heels / And baby, I’m coming for you”

Lambert was honored for being the only female artist in the academy’s history to ever win Album of the Year twice, and from the looks of it, the Pistol Annies may want to get to work building their own prize shelf.
