A 20 year old man has been sentenced to 93 years and 10 months in prison for killing a Pasco man.  DeShawn Anderson's sentence was very long because the murder was carried out "execution" style according to news reports. The Judge, Alex Ekstrom, felt the evidence was clear Anderson and another man fired guns multiple times into a car with people in it. Four people were injured and one Pasco man died from the shooting.

The sentence of 93 years comes with a mandatory minimum sentence of 65 years for the gun enhancements and he can not earn credit for time off his sentence the 65 years has past. Anderson was originally offered a plea deal with a 30 year sentence but refused it last minute.
