Local baker, Mallary Goude is the Columbia Basin's best kept secret.

I'm in no way overstating when I say that Mallary's cupcakes are the BEST cupcakes I've ever eaten. She also makes beautiful pies and tarts.

Ordering is easy. Mallary is very personable and easy to order from. I've found her to be VERY accommodating. You can order online, via phone (509-542-7705), or in person at the following locations:

• Richland Hub (603 Goethals Drive) - Summer hours are Wed-Fri 11-7pm, Sat 11-5pm, and Sun 2-4pm.
• Pasco Farmer's Market (S. 4th Avenue & W. Columbia Street) Wed 8-12pm and Sat 8-1pm.
• Southridge Market (South Parking lot of the Southridge Sports and Events Complex)- Thurs 4-8pm.
