Photographer Documents Losing the Love of His Life to Breast Cancer

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I stumbled across this incredible story that literally touched my soul.

Professional photographer Angelo Merendino married Jennifer five months before she was diagnosed with breast cancer. He photographed every step of her decline in order to provide a face to the fight against cancer.

His photographs can be purchased in a new book and Merendino donates half of profits to an organization he started to financially assist women fighting breast cancer.
