Lifes Simply Pleasures
I get too spend time with my grandson today. I will pick him up from Pre-school, and we will go have lunch, chicken strips, and mac and cheese please. Grand kids are like dogs, they are always glad to see you, and when it’s nice outside they like to drive around with the window down. I have two grand kids now, and I can’t tell you what a great feeling it is to be the, ‘Grandpa’, or as Conner calls me, Chuck. If you have grand kids, you know what I’m talking about, if you don’t have grand kids, get some. My grandson doesn’t like the air compressor because it’s to loud, but he likes the even louder, leaf blower. He can’t put on his own shoes when it’s time to go home, but can do socks, shoes, coat, hat and gloves when it’s time to ride the John Deere lawn mower. He has only thrown up once at our house, on my side of the bed, and as of two weeks ago he only had one accident at night, involving too much juice before bedtime, and too tired to wake up. On my side of the bed. Conner and Baily, stop growing up so fast, and always tell me you love me, or the blanket rides and Sprout TV go away.
