Through the processes used in our school district, designed to keep all students safe, it has been discovered that a student has made threats against other students.

Careful thought-out steps have been taken to address the problem immediately and appropriate legal and disciplinary actions have been taken. The student has been emergency expelled from Kiona Benton School District.

According to Benton County Sheriff's Department and Kiona Benton District Administration, there is no current danger to our students. The District appreciates parent and community support in keeping students calm and limiting any involvement in this issue.
