A recent Gallup Poll revealed that people who live in communities smaller than 300,000 are slightly healthier than the rest of America -- and lots healthier than people in cities. This is determined by amount of exercise, vegetables, health coverage, optimism, levels of diabetes and obesity.

Because of high rates of exercise, optimism and eating fresh produce, Kennewick made the top 10 in the entire country! High rates of obesity and diabetes and not-so great insurance coverage kept the Tri-Cities from being higher on the list.

So good job guys! And go lose some weight!
