Kellie Pickler Remembers Her “Top 6” Moment On Idol
This season of American Idol is coming down to the wire with only six hopefuls remaining. Former Idol contestant-turned-country star Kellie Pickler says this is the point during the show that makes her the most nervous – and for good reason.
Kelly Says, “I just heard it got narrowed down to six and I was like, ‘Well, hell that’s where I got the boot.’ So, good luck to number six! It’s hard. It’s not an easy ride that’s for sure. I mean, it’s an uphill, downhill, uphill, downhill. But, it’s fun and it’s worth it.”
Entertainment Weekly reports that this week the six remaining hopefuls pair off into duets and take on the music of the legendary Carole King. American Idol airs tonight at 8 PM Eastern on FOX.
