You Can Donate Jerky for Our Troops!

The U.S. Army Recruiting Center has joined forces with a local church to send our troops beef jerky! The event is "Adopt a U.S. Soldier Beef Jerky Drive." They plan to put together 148 care packages for soldiers deployed over seas. From Saturday, Feb. 9 through Feb. 21 they will be collecting items. Items can be dropped off in the parking lot of their office located at 1220 N. Columbia Center Blvd, suite L, from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

You don't have to be limited to just beef jerky however! They are accepting an entire list of entertainment, food and personal hygiene items. To download and view the flyer in a PDF file click HERE
