I’ve Watched It Three Times and I’m Still Laughing! [VIDEO]

I have a feeling some of the kids that were victims of this prank will have nightmares for sure!  Maybe that's why this prank was on foreign TV...I think it might have spawned lawsuits in the U.S.!
