Is Costa Vida the Subway of Mexican Food?

There are two new Costa Vida locations in Tri-Cities: 95 Gage Boulevard and 3015 Duportail in Queensgate. A friend described it as the "Subway" of Mexican food -- tell them to make it the way you like it. But it stresses me out!

When I went there were too many options! Black beans or pinto beans? Spinach or lettuce or both? I can't decide fast enough! I feel like Lucy on the chocolate conveyor belt!
