Incredibly Rare Sight in Tri-Cities Caught on Camera [PHOTO]

You may have heard about it, you may have talked about it, but have you actually seen it?

Yep. It's a citronella lamp on our patio table with a completely still flame. That NEVER happens here!! Half the time we can't even deep them lit!  (Remember how unusually still it was Saturday night?)
