I Bought a ‘Happy Light’ Today! The Liberty Verilux Natural Spectrum Light

I've always heard about the special lights to help with Seasonal Affective Disorder. And I've always wondered if they really work or if it's a gimmick!. I was shopping at Costco this morning, and saw they had these Liberty Happy Light's for sale, so I bought one!

I haven't used it yet. And so far we've had plenty of nice weather. But, I'm going to start using it daily and see if I feel better than I usually do in the winter when the days get so short. I'll keep ya posted.
