Fruit Pizza is basically a huge chocolate chip cookie, covered in a cream cheese frosting, different fruit, and then strawberry jello on top. It is really rich so be warned if you grab too big o piece.

You need:

1- package of cookie dough. Boxed or a tube. (1 batch recipe is fine also)

1- 8 oz package of cream cheese

1/3 cup of sugar

1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

Variety of fruit-bananas, strawberrys, kiwi, or just about any berrys.

1 package of strawberry Jello

1.  First cook the cookie dough in a rectangle or a round pizza pan. When you spread out the cookie, try to keep a lip of the edge that will eventually hold in the hot jello.

2.  Let the huge cookie cool completely and mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together with a blender until they are smooth. Spead that mixture all over the cookie mixture and make sure it is prety thick all over. you should not see any cookie through the frosting.

3.  Next put the sliced up fruit you chose all over the pizza however you want. Follow the instructions on the jello and spoon the mixture on top of your pizza. try not to let the jello run off the frosting onto the edge of the cookie or it will make the cookie soggy.

4.  Put the pan in the fridge for at least 1 hour, then remove and cut in slices.
