Whether parents decide to circumcise their boys or not is every parent's decision... and that is personal choice.

But, I doubt many think that when they are raising a child together and it ends in divorce that a legal battle over it would ensue to such an extent that the mother is hiding out in a shelter and is under court order. It's amazing how far people's anger and resentment can take them...Makes me sad.
