Welsh miner's wives were masters at making an old fashioned "hot pocket" that was easy for their husbands to eat with their hands. Butte, MT and Detroit, MI had miners from that part of England settle and therefore they remain to this day. Every now and then, my wife will feel her Montana roots and break our her recipe! Look how awesome these meat and potato creations are!
