Holy southern fried chicken!  Have you ever been pulled over and as the officer approaches your vehicle, he or she has a hand on their gun? Still holstered, but ready to draw, and you're like really? Isn't that a bit silly, I was simply speeding. This is very compelling dash cam video that pretty much explains it all. They don't know you're not a bad guy until they confirm you're not a bad guy. I have a few police friends and they all say the same thing...do them a favor and place your hands on the steering wheel when you get pulled over. They'll appreciate it and maybe cut you a break!
