The Hermiston High School varsity boys lacrosse  coach Trampis Palmer died over the weekend at his house according to news reports. Trampis Palmer was in his first year of coaching the varsity lacrosse team and had played a huge roll in building the program before that. Palmer was also involved with kids wrestling and grid kids football in Hermiston for years. The beloved coach is survived by his wife and two children, one of which plays on the lacrosse team as a sophomore.
