March 14, 2011, 16 year old Abigale Hamlin, was diagnosed with AML, Acute Myelongenous Leukemia. She spent 6 months in Seattle Children’s Hospital battling for her life. In remission, she returned home and started her senior year of high school. Abigale was determined to graduate with her class, maintain her duties as ASB President, play varsity volleyball, basketball, and softball. You know, be a kid!
February 9th, we learned Abigale’s leukemia is back. She needs a bone marrow transplant.
This is where every single one of you can help! We need to find a donor! With the help of the National Bone Marrow Registry, everyone between the ages of 18 - 60 years of age can register please become a  donor, completely free of charge!
