Happy New Year! Bored Yet? What To Do This Weekend!

Journey Stories is a compelling Smithsonian exhibition that shows how our evolving mobility changed a young nation and how transportation made us grow. The accounts of travelers, themselves, express the hopes and promises of fresh starts, the grim realities of forced migrations and difficult journeys, and the thrills of personal travel.

  Nurses at Your Service:  A Century of CaringCREHST Museum, Richland

Sunday:

12 P.M. – 5 P.M. 

See panels with wonderful graphics and historical narratives on nursing throughout the last century from pioneer times to present day.  In addition, mannequins portray nurses, a doctor, and patients. There is also a replica of a fall-out shelter that includes items received from the Smithsonian Institute.
