Guess What Faith Martin is Doing–Ever Had a Colonoscopy?

Well, I have hit that age, where it's recommended I get a Colonoscopy every 5-10 years. I've had one before and all was fine. But, it's time. And I gotta admit, these things are never comfortable!  I have Dr. Roach and he is who did my last one about 11 years ago. And he is fantastic! And Chelsea is awesome! Dr. Roach, is a very nice, intelligent and comfortable guy to be around!

Always funny to go into the 'initial exam' and have to strip down to nothin'!, and put on those paper things...and wait until the Doc comes in. Then they poke and prod and evaluate you with a series of tests before they do the dreaded finger exam! Yikes!   Did you know they can actually feel your Appendix from there? It's true! Hahaha! I know, pretty funny huh?  I'm not kidding! Anyway, these things are just things we have to get used to and do, to ensure we keep up in good health! So if you're thinking...'TMI GIRL!!'  (I'm sorry!) But it's just life, so get over it! Teeheee! ;)

Initial exam all went well!  ( I do feel a tad bit violated but I'll live! ) And, I will be doing the Cleanse and then the actual Colonoscopy in April.
