Three teenage boys were arrested by Kennewick PD for graffiti after finding evidence that boys had tagged Kennewick buildings and railroad retaining walls according to news reports. In the investigation police found the signatures of artists Hopper and Kraze at the sites and 22 cans of spray paint (almost 20 pounds) which were confiscated as evidence. When police saw the boys walking off South Quincy Street, they stopped and talked to them and found evidence they were involved.

The boys were arrested on charges of suspicion of malicious mischief and trespassing. Kennewick police say they have seen a large increase in graffiti over the last couple of weeks.
