Frosting Filled Sweetie Pies! [Recipe]

You know you want to make these! Get that Kitchen Aid fired up and let's do this! (Pic shown is the batch my wife made!)

NOTE: My wife does not use the lemon extract, and says not to use all the milk at once either, pour it in a little at a time. You want it to stay pretty thick. Oh, one more thing...the cookies are pretty thick...as you can see in the picture. It's too much for me, so she likes to thin the batter with extra milk and make them thinner. And watch the bake time too. She usually bakes them for 9 or 10 minutes.
