The Flu is in full force across the country and now you can follow the Flu and report your own symptoms on the website Flu Near You.   They have an interactive map and some great advice on how to prevent the flu. Get a flu shot, cover your mouth, wash your hands, use hand-sanitizer and stay home when you’re sick!

Also – check out this app available from Facebook for Germa-phobes -  the app will tell you when your friends post anything that is symptomatic, ie: Lacey posts that she has a “really horrible sore throat”. I get alerted and put her on my No Fly List for two weeks.
