Fire in West Richland — Why Did It Smell Like a Toxic Leak?

So this morning, I got a call that my horses were out! And so I was racing out to Benton City to get my horses taken care of and on the way back I heard all kinds of sirens. As I drove through West Richland, I saw all the fire engines at the West Richland Plaza. I pulled over to take a short video. There was a very strong smell, like a gas leak. And I didn't see the smoke at the time, but now looking at the video it appears there was some sort of fire going on behind the Tai Restaurant. I was trying to find out more but couldn't find any info on the news websites.
