People in Richland (16yrs and older) can use fireworks from June 28th through July 5th. Anything that flies could get you a $250 fine.

In West Richland you can use fireworks between the 2nd and 4th of July with restricted hours.

In Pasco and Kennewick fireworks are banned.

The smallest of fireworks could start a fire which would result in a criminal penalty that can cost $5,000 and up to a year in jail.

If you get caught with fireworks you are not only facing confiscations of your goods, but also fines for violating the ban that start at $250.

In other words drive to West Richland if you want to shoot of fireworks!! Pasco and Kennewick residents can’t do ANYTHING!! No fireworks!!

WHAT?

So you're gonna tell me that you don't have no black cats, roman candles, or screaming mimis? no lady fingers, fuzz buttles, snicker bombs, church burners, finger blasters, gut busters, zippity do das, or crap flappers? no whistling bungholes, no spleen splitters, whisker biscuits, honkey lighters, hüsker düs, hüsker don'ts, cherry bombs, nipsy daisers, with or without the scooter stick, or one single whistling kitty chaser?
