Rascal Rodeo, a local non-profit organization, is hosting 40 special needs people from Washington and Oregon in faux rodeo events during the Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo. Participants from ages 2 years old to 50 will be paired with over 100 local youth volunteers, World Champion Cowboys and Cowgirls, Rodeo Royalty and other Rascal Rodeo volunteers to help them be cowboys and cowgirls for the day by learning the different events in rodeo.
