A Parade, dancing horses, music, and food are just part of Pasco's Cinco De May celebration on Saturday!   The parade begins at 11am at the intersection of Lewis and 2nd Avenue and moves through downtown Pasco ending at the Farmer's Market.  Festivities continue until 7pm.

Cinco De Mayo is Spanish for "5th of May".   The date is observed in the United States as a celebration of Mexican heritage and pride and in Mexico (mainly in the state of Puebla) to commermorate the Mexican's Army unlikely victory of French forces on May 5, 1862.   Read more from Wikipedia.
