Approximately 190 million Americans will watch the big game on Sunday and indulge in big game food. We will eat 1.3 billion chicken wings, drink millions of gallons of beer and soda, and consume 140 million pounds of guacamole. All this makes for a fun game day and a big food hangover on Monday.   I personally think eating questionable food isn't a bad thing once in a while. In fact most of the "cheat" days are already on the calendar - Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Super Sunday. It's what we do before and after that counts. I guarantee the gym will be packed full of people working off the Super feast on Monday and that's a good thing!
