President Obama Announces US Troops Will Be Out of Iraq by Year’s End [VIDEO]

In a White House briefing held Friday, President Obama announced the remaining American troops in Iraq will be home by the end of the year, closing a war effort there that has killed more than 4,400 US service-people and wounded 32,000 more since 2003.

“After nine years, America’s war in Iraq will be over,” the president said.
