Apparently I'm a little late in purchasing the usual tick protective medicine that I normally do each spring. But, with the cooler weather this year, I hadn't thought it necessary yet! Boy, was I wrong!

The 25th Annual Chili Feed & Ride Sunday saw hundreds of riders in spite of the cloudy, rainy day! The ride organized by the Rattlesnake Ridge Riders /Back Country Horsemen of Washington, a not for profit organization dedicated to keeping our public lands open for use of saddle and pack animals.
