Marshawn Lynch aka “Beast Mode”, may be coming out of retirement to play for the Oakland Raiders. But Oakland would have to trade for him because even though retired, he is still under contract with the Seattle Seahawks for two more years. Under his existing contract the Lynch would be up for a $9 million salary and cap hit in 2017. Next year he would have a salary of close to $7 million and could possibly earn an additional $3 million roster bonus. Seattle could release him for the sole purpose of having him sign with the Raiders. But he must decide if he wants to un-retire. Over the years Lynch has told people his dream would be to play with his hometown team, the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders have interest in not only him but free agent Adrian Peterson, the former Minnesota Viking.
