A little chihuahua was found abandoned in a Pasco dumpster but is now ready for adoption. The puppy is just over 6 months old now and has improved greatly but will still need lots of attention and special care. Ava is being kept at the Pet Medical Center of Pasco and is now ready for a new home. Because of the abuse early in its life, the center warns that she will need more medical care, time. and cost more money.
