When you hear someone say they're having a crappy day, where do you suppose that came from...?

Today is the 101st. anniversary of the passing of the man who not only made life much easier for us, but also, without knowing it, helped launch the success of thousands of men's magazines--Thomas Crapper.  Now, he did NOT invent the flushing toilet as many believe-that was done centuries ago.  But he did invent or patent most of the features found in commodes today.  It came from his quest to make them safer, more reliable, and sanitary.  

  And, without sport, hunting, and automotive magazines, what would men have to pass the time while enjoying quality time on "the throne?"
