I’m using the word ‘secret’ to get your attention because these tips aren’t secret. They’re simple tips, but they’re NOT easy to practice.

  • Make a decision to be more active and to eat healthier. First step is to make a deal with yourself and follow through on the deal. You deserve it!
  • Meet with a certified fitness coach at Max Muscle in Richland and put your plan on paper. No plan means very slow or no progress. Whether you want to lose or gain weight, body build, or just be more active, having a plan will give you the best chance for success.
  • If you don’t like to exercise alone find a friend and do it together. You can hold each other accountable and challenge each other to meet the goal and plan.
  • Stick to a schedule and don’t let anything get in the way.
  • Give it some time. The majority will quit because they don’t see results in two weeks. It will take more than two weeks.  More like two months or more before you really start to see changes. Most of your friends will notice it before you do. Don’t quit before the miracle happens!
