This year's event will be held on Sunday, July 8th at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, home and training facility of the Seattle Sehawks.  Guests will be treated to a fun filled evening featuring a silent auction, a fabulous dinner, tour of Seahawks headquarters and training facilities, and the opportunity to meet the amazing Camp Patriot veterans preparing to climb Mt. Rainier.

A highlight of the event will be listening to guest speaker, Lieutenant General William G. Boykin (retired).  General Boykin was the United States Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. He has played a role in almost every recent major American military operation over the past four decades, serving in Grenada, Somalia, and Iraq. Also joining us to honor the climbers will be Sergeant Major (SGM) William "Billy" Waugh (US Army-Ret).  Billy is a highly decorated American Special Forces soldier and a Central Intelligence Agency Paramilitary Operations Officer who served in the United States military and CIA special operations for more than fifty years. SGM Waugh served in the U.S. Army's elite Green Berets and the CIA's famed Special Activities Division.

All proceeds from this high profile fundraising event will benefit Camp Patriot. Camp Patriot exists to take Disabled U.S. Veterans on outdoor adventures. The task is monumental. Today, there are over 2.3 million disabled veterans in the U.S. The number of disabled men and women veterans is growing with each day the war on terror continues. Camp Patriot provides a great gift for those Veterans among us that have paid a tremendous price for our freedom.
